Spoonerisms, they'll get you every time...
A headline out at KING 5 News this morning:

"Bit pulls in Mount Baker attack to be euthanized."

Not a funny story, but I still couldn't help giggling at it.



And for a few more editorial errors... we have a small local (and free) weekly paper called the Kirkland Reporter. Just in doing a brief skim through last week's edition, I found one place where they spelled the word "beach" as "beack" and the headline "Dunn's death blaimed on blood clot."

Okay, forget needing a good proofreader/editor... do they not even bother using a spellchecker?!?! Sheesh.

That's a great spoonerism!

One of the best things about living in Mississippi was the headlines in the "Hattiesburg American." In particular, I remember one about the feds hiring "Senses Takers." Oh, no! The eV0l government is stealing my ability to see, hear, smell...
